Interpublic Group announces sale of majority stake in 303 MullenLowe
SYDNEY, AUSTRALIA, 1 JUNE 2021: Interpublic Group (IPG) has agreed to sell a majority of its shareholding in 303 MullenLowe Australia, and a minority share of Mediahub Worldwide Asia-Pacific, to local management holding company Attivo Group Holdings Pty Limited.
